Data we collect
We only process data needed for the purposes below:
- Contact details voluntarily submitted through the form (name, email, phone, company, message, language).
- Technical browsing data generated by the server (truncated IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time).
- Anonymous or pseudonymised statistics, only after consent to analytics cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to answer quote and contact requests (pre-contractual measures), to keep the website secure and operational (legitimate interest) and, with your consent, for analytics and marketing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention
Contact requests are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless longer legal retention applies.
Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by the controller and by technical providers acting as processors (hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery). Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU, based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
